Itinerary

Day 1 - Day 1 Naples, Italy
Departure 7:00 pmNaples rises from the sea around a huge bay and extends up into the hills like an amphitheatre. From the Castello Sant' Elmo on the Vomero you can enjoy a fantastic view over the sea of houses, the port and the Gulf. The pretty center of this chaotic Campanian city is the old town, designated a UNESCO World Heritage Site, with its huge fortresses, dignified churches and monasteries, splendid squares and palaces, and maze of winding streets.
Day 2 - Day 2 Day under full sails
Climbing the rigging, untying ropes, setting sails – today is all about sailing. Time to lean back and relax in the deck chair and watch the passionate crew hoisting the sails by hand.
Day 3 - Day 3 Bonifacio, Corsica
Arrival 8:00 am, Departure 1:30 pmThe chalk cliffs are visible even from a long way away and fall away steeply into the sea like a wall – around 70 meters (230 foot) high. Hidden behind them is a fjord-like inlet, which provides the beautiful entrance into the natural harbor of Bonifacio. The elegant modern lower town is set around the harbor with a promenade that runs the length of the deep harbor bay and leads to the elegant marina. More than 187 stone steps, majestically named the "Staircase of the King of Aragon", lead you up to the medieval upper town which sits lofty and impregnable high up on the top of a steep chalk cliff.
Day 4 - Day 4 Alghero, Sardinia
Arrival 8:00 am, Departure 6:00 pmA beautiful beachside promenade and, on a headland, the old town of Alghero which sits defiantly behind thick fortifications. Alghero is something very special. Many buildings and squares in the charming old town were built when it was ruled by the Catalans and some of the inhabitants still speak a dialect of Catalan today. That's why the town is also lovingly known as "Little Barcelona". Grand palaces, numerous churches and towers, winding lanes and lively squares with snug bars and restaurants transport you into the Middle Ages with a Catalan-Gothic character.
Day 5 - Day 5 Ajaccio, Corsica
Arrival 1:00 pm, Departure 6:00 pmThe majestic-looking little town of Ajaccio sits in a beautiful bay on the south of the island. Its Mediterranean atmosphere evokes the Côte d’Azur, but with a typically Corsican character. Napoleon Bonaparte was born in Ajaccio and the great Corsican is still present everywhere today. One of Napoleon's uncles bequeathed his art collection to the town and you can now view this in one of the museums.
Day 6 - Day 6 Porto Cervo, Sardinia
Arrival 8:00 am, Departure 1:30 pmWith its soft, white sandy beaches and turquoise blue sea, the dreamlike Costa Smeralda in northeastern Sardinia has been attracting the international jet set for around 60 years. Karim Aga Khan was one of the first to fall in love with the Emerald Coast in the early 1960s and founded the glamorous Porto Cervo as a glamorous destination for wealthy guests. An elegant little town with luxury villas and a large marina was created around a piazzetta where exclusive restaurants and bars are lined up – still today a perfect playground for the rich and beautiful from all over the world.
Day 7 - Day 7 Ponza, Italy
Arrival 2:00 pm, Departure 6:00 pmIf you didn’t know you were sailing into the port of Ponza, you might think it was a theatre backdrop. The idyllic town on the hilly island looks like an amphitheater, and the harbor is a stage lined with pastel-colored houses. Ponza is the island of romantic secluded spots per se: many of its picturesque beaches are hidden in bays surrounded by wild cliffs and can only be reached by boat. Fortunately, word of this idyllic place hasn’t yet spread — Ponza is an insider tip for Romans and Neapolitans, who visit on weekend breaks.
Day 8 - Day 8 Naples, Italy
Arrival 8:00 amNaples rises from the sea around a huge bay and extends up into the hills like an amphitheatre.
