Vessel Type: Small Ship Length: 174 ft Passenger Capacity: 64 Built / refurbished: 1982 / 2016 Undergoing refurbishment in 2016, the 62-guest Safari Voyager offers personal comforts, full uncompromising amenities, and upscale accommodations. Sights are revealed from the window-lined lounge with sweeping 270-degree views. Enjoy the vessel’s cozy library and elegant dining room, all outfitted with nautical décor. Ideally designed to spotlight the magnificent natural surroundings, the Safari Voyager features four public decks including a spacious upper sun deck. An aft EZ Dock launch platform provides convenient access into and from the water for adventure activities. The vessel is outfitted with kayaks, paddle boards, inflatable skiffs, snorkel gear, wet suits, and hiking poles. For rejuvenation and relaxation, guests can take advantage of our wellness program with fitness equipment, yoga mats, and a complimentary massage. There are seven cabin categories aboard the Safari Voyager: Single; Master; Commander; Captain; Admiral; Jr. Commodore Suite; and Owner's Suite. Depending on the category, singles, doubles, or triples can be accommodated. Common to all cabins are: wide panoramic view windows; individually controlled air conditioning; generous storage and closet space; desk and chair; iPod/MP3/MP4 docking stations; TV/DVD player; private bath with shower.

Day 1 - DAY 1 Cartagena, Colombia – Embarkation
Welcome to Cartagena! Your transfer is waiting, and after a warm airport greeting, you’re off to our hospitalityarea in the city. Later, it’s all smiles and champagne as you board the Safari Voyager, meet your crew, and settle infor the week ahead. (D)
Day 2 - DAY 2 Cartagena / Archipelago of San Bernardo
A historical tour of the colonial walled city and UNESCO World Heritage Site of Cartagena shows off its highlights.Wander narrow streets lined with colorful houses. Visit the Palace of Inquisition, San Felipe de Barajas Castle, or theoldest church in the city. Afterwards, set sail for the archipelago of San Bernardo. With its clear water and vibrantcorals, kayaking, skiff tours, snorkeling, and paddle boarding are all options. (BLD)
Day 3 - DAY 3 Capurganá / Sapzurro
Cruise the Caribbean coast of the Darién Gap to the tiny, almost-forgotten coastal towns of Capurganá and Sapzurro.Hike between the towns through the dewy Darién jungle, home to toucans, parrots, howler and squirrel monkeys. Or,take to the white sand beaches and turquoise waters for snorkeling and beachcombing. (BLD)
Day 4 - DAY 4 Guna Yala, Panamá
You’re in the Guna Yala (formerly the San Blas Islands)—360 islands dotted with palm trees, thatched-roofs, coconutgroves, white sand beaches—and they’re perfect for snorkeling. Look around for a rainbow of reef fish, corals, rays, andsea turtles. Anything’s possible in paradise. On land, meet the Guna people, one of the best-preserved cultures in theAmericas. Day 5 - DAY 5 Captain’s Choice / Panamá Canal
Islands, forts, and sea life—bring your adventurous spirit. You’re headed for the Panamá Canal and along the way yourcaptain has the say. Transiting the 48-mile passage is a bucket list experience. A story of engineering and humantenacity, it took over 75,000 workers to build, and takes you about eight hours to transit. Joined by a Canal AuthorityPilot, watch line handlers manage the ship through changing sea levels in the locks. Paired with videos and onboardnarration, you’ll cross the locks with a better understanding of this engineering marvel. Celebrate your transit with a topdeck barbeque! (BLD)
Day 6 - DAY 6 Isla Taboga
Visited by Paul Gaugin and Captain Morgan, wake up at the “Island of Flowers.” Tour a historic village and the toutedsecond oldest church in the hemisphere. Or, hike up the ridge to seek out views and World War II fortifications. Soak upthis storied island before it’s time to settle in on deck in search of marine mammals and birdlife. (BLD)
Day 7 - DAY 7 Darién Jungle
The Darién Jungle calls, and you’re headed straight into it. White ibis, pelicans, cormorants, little blue herons, andmangrove hawks welcome from above while the sound of drums greets you from the forest. Visit with Emberávillagers—a local tribe eager to share their heart, song, and dance. Browse their woven baskets and wooden handicraftsand maybe take home a souvenir or two.
