How will I know if it is safe to travel to my chosen destination?
I am a single traveller - do I have to share a room with someone if I book on a tour?
There are two options for single travellers on most tours.
1) Choose the twin share option and you will be paired up with another single traveller of the same sex that you will share a room with whilst on tour. If your tour group does not have any other single travellers of the same sex, you will receive a private room.
2) If you do not want to share a room you can pay a single supplement. This supplement will guarantee you a private room.
Please be aware some tours do have a compulsory single supplement and do not allow you to share with another tour member – you must pay the supplement and you will receive a private room.

What times are your office open?
When should I make a booking?
It is never too early to book! During traditional busy periods (Christmas, New Years, Easter) it is always recommended to book early. If you are booking a tour to a location such as the polar region you will want to book early to get the dates and cabins your are after. Tours with limited numbers sell up well in advance. If you are a booking a tour that will be physically demanding, such as a Kokoda Trek or trip to Everest Base Camp, you will want to book in plenty of time to allow yourself time to train appropriately for your adventure.
Many tours and airlines offer great early bird discounts. This is a great opportunity to stretch your travel dollar by getting in early and locking in your travel plans at great discounted prices.
